4N/5D South & East Sikkim Spiritual Circuit
Day 1: Arrival & The Charm of Gangtok
Arrival: Pick up from Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station.
Drive: Scenic 4-hour drive along the Teesta River to Gangtok.
Evening: Check into your hotel and head to MG Marg. This is a pedestrian-only zone perfect for shopping, trying local momo, and soaking in the mountain city vibe.
Overnight: Stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: The Glaciers & Borders (Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir)
Morning: Early start for Tsomgo (Changu) Lake, a glacial lake at 12,400 ft.
Sightseeing: Visit the New Baba Mandir, a shrine dedicated to an Indian Army soldier.
Optional: If permits are available, visit Nathula Pass (Indo-China border).
Overnight: Stay in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok Sightseeing & Transfer to Namchi
Morning: Visit Rumtek Monastery (largest in Sikkim) and the Do Drul Chorten Stupa.
Afternoon: Drive toward Namchi (approx. 2.5 hours).
Stopover: Visit the Temi Tea Garden, the only tea estate in Sikkim. You can take photos in the lush green slopes.
Evening: Arrival in Namchi and check-in.
Overnight: Stay in Namchi.
Day 4: The Wonders of Namchi & Ravangla
Morning: Visit Siddheshwar Dham (Char Dham). It features a 108ft tall statue of Lord Shiva surrounded by replicas of the four most sacred Hindu dhams.
Sightseeing: Head to Samdruptse Hill to see the 135ft tall golden statue of Guru Padmasambhava.
Afternoon: Short drive to Ravangla to visit the Tathagata Tsal (Buddha Park). The massive Buddha statue against the backdrop of Mt. Narsing is breathtaking.
Overnight: Stay in Ravangla or Namchi.
Day 5: Farewell to the Hills
Morning: Enjoy a final sunrise view of the Kanchenjunga range.
Departure: 4-5 hour drive back to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Station for your journey home.
